Toroidal magnetic cores of the new series MSFN-T, MSFN-TH are made of thin (20 ? 25 mm) Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbon and have high permeability in a wide frequency range, high saturation induction, low-loss, increased operating temperature (up to 120 ° C), good thermal stability. The new series of MSFN-TH is the result of recent developments of manufacturing equipment, has a higher permeability. It is available in two embodiments - a plastic container (MSFN-TH) and with epoxy powder coating (MSFNP-TH).

Magnetic cores have typical valuation of magnetic permeability 90 000 (at frequency 10 kHz) and more. Common mode chokes filters based on a series of magnetic cores series MSFN require less turns of the windings, which provides a low parasitic (stray) capacitance. They have smaller dimensions and provide higher insertion attenuation in a wide frequency range as compared to traditional products based on ferrite and permalloy.

CONFIGURATION:

Ribbon wound magnetic core is placed into hard protective container of glass-filled polyamide or aluminum alloy and mechanically fixed with silicone joint sealant. The container has rounded edges and is designed for direct winding of a thick wire. The container provides a reliable mechanical protection and preservation of nanocrystalline material's properties. The new series is also available without container, with epoxy high-temperature powder coating (MSFNP-TH). All materials conform to standard UL94V-0/1.
